Flavoured Dairy

Kiwis have a long association with flavoured dairy.
As one of the world’s most significant producers of dairy products, flavoured dairy makes up an important part of New Zealand’s non-alcoholic beverage sector.
Flavoured dairy is a sweetened dairy drink, made with milk and mixed with flavourings and sweeteners.
Flavoured dairy is often pasteurised using ultra-high-temperature (UHT) treatment, which gives it a longer shelf-life than standard milk.
Flavoured milk contains the same nutrients as white milk, including calcium, protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, potassium, phosphorus, riboflavin and niacin.
